Roger Walker

   Roger Walker (Stage name: rogerrockz) is an aspiring independent music artist who produces, sings, writes, mixes and masters his own compositions. He loves to entertain, support others, aims to shed an inspiring light and influence the music industry; which it desperately needs in order to move forward to a better future. Born 19th April 1990, Indian.

 

   Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Anna University, one of the top ranking universities in the country. Roger worked in Adhitaa Infomedia Solutions as a Junior Java Developer. He is also a qualified Diploma Java programmer from NIIT.

Music always being his passion. Roger entered into a National level talent show based from Tamilnadu called Airtel Super Singer aired on VijayTv-Star Networks. He worked up his way to the top finalists showcasing the talent and love he had for music. This opened an entirely new path which was adventures and different.

 

   Roger then worked under few music composers in the Tamil Music Industry. He also lend his voice to several jingles and even a song for a commercial film directed by Music director, James Vasanth. The journey didn’t end there. He is now pursuing a degree in Audio production from the School of Audio Engineering (SAE, Dubai). He freelances for different event management companies as a Live Sound technician, Studio Recording and Mixing Engineer, Acoustics Consultant, etc.

 

   His future goal is to begin an Event Management and a Production Company, expand & nurture it to become one of the leading audio service provider.
